Background:

Born in Kamloops at the Royal Inland Hospital (RIH). Lived with my grandparents Katherine and Lazare Michel in Neskonlith. My other grandparents are Alex and Julienne Arnouse of Cstalen. Parents are Frederick A. Arnouse and Regina A. Arnouse. Married to Gladys Arnouse since 1972.

Experience:

Experienced Political Advocate, Family Values, Cultural Awareness. Political Experience since 1995.

Live and work in ALIB, with a passion to serve and give back to the community. My professional and political leadership experience has sharpened my governance and management skills.

Education:

Attended Simon Fraser University.

Accomplishments:

Secwepemc Unity and Good Governance.

Focus is on sound policy development, sensible fiscal management, transparent, public service.

Building strong relationships with other Secwepemc communities for nationhood.

The urgency to rebuild our culture and language is One of my long-term commitments.

Care for the environment endures, as I work to preserve our Secwepemc Culture, Language, and land.

Collaboration with others has been prodigious, to assist them in growing and learning how to separate political and administrative issues. Creating the team atmosphere and building our community to where it should be, in the Secwepemc Nation, once again.
